Imp Update

Hooray! Imps! Two major new things for this update. The first is the Satanic Panic operation, with the imps. These cute little bastards were drawn by Quonit on Tumblr. Check them out, they draw great stuff and they take commissions!

The second major addition is sedative, an alternative to stabilizer. It was inspired by a similar mechanic from the flash games "Dark Cut 2" and "Dark Cut 3", which are games inspired by Trauma Center. Instead of restoring vitals, sedative reduces all vitals damage taken; a full syringe will stay active for 6 seconds, cutting all damage in half. After using it, it takes 10 seconds for the syringe to recharge. It doesn't have the infinite healing powers of the stabilizer,  but it's much quicker to use, so it's useful for speedrunning difficult levels. None of the current levels deal enough damage to require any medicine, but it'll be relevant later once I'm comfortable raising the difficulty.

Changed:

Passive damage stops when the final stage of the operation is reached; you've cured the patient, so vitals stabilize.

Swapped out sprites for closing incision.

Made the vitals bar drop smoothly instead of instantly when a burst of vitals damage is dealt.

Improved Nous spawn locations; tumors/nous will no longer spawn overlapping the UI.

Fixed:

Blood pools no longer block syringe medicine bottles.

Scalpel collision now properly resets when released.
